You can apply for a Blue Badge online or by post. Depending on the criteria, you may be required to attend a mobility assessment.

How to renew your Blue badge

You will receive a reminder to reapply for your Blue badge 6 - 12 weeks prior to its expiry date. You can reapply for your Blue Badge online or by post. Depending on the criteria, you may be required to attend a mobility assessment.

Mobility assessment

If needed, the assessment will take place at Guildhall 2, Kingston upon Thames. You will discuss your mobility challenges with an assessor and will undergo a walking assessment.

If you are not a blue badge holder and you require parking at the guildhall this can be arranged for you. Please inform us you require parking when you confirm your attendance.

Cost

There is a £10 fee if your Blue Badge application is approved.

You will be asked to make the payment once your application has been successful. Payment can be made by card online, over the phone or by sending a cheque payable to ‘Royal Borough of Kingston.’
