Kingston Interpreting Service (KIS) can support you to communicate more effectively with customers whose first language is not English through the provision of language support services.
These services include:

Booking an interpreter

First time booking please use the online form
It is advisable to make your booking in advance, however we can accommodate short notice requests where required. Any short notice requests must be made by submitting this form
Please note that a password will be required to access the booking system - call us to obtain a password.
Before booking an interpreter, please ensure you have read all the relevant information on our pages. This includes guidance for face to face interpreting, the telephone interpreting service and British Sign Language (BSL) interpreting.
Cancellation of bookings
Bookings for spoken languages cancelled within 24 hours notice will be fully chargeable.
BSL cancellation charges are:
- 14 to eight days notice - 50% of the total charge due
- 7 or less days notice - 100% of the total charge due
