New council homes for Kingston
New homes for Kingston’s residents
Kingston Council is building over 100 new council homes - the first new Council homes to be built in the borough in a generation.
All of these homes will be added to the council’s housing stock, and will provide homes for local residents in housing need. To support us in delivering these homes, we have successfully secured over £10m of grant funding from the GLA.
These homes will be a new breed of council homes - with sustainability and accessibility at their heart. You can read more about this here.
This programme of new homes fits into our exciting regeneration agenda for the borough, including regeneration of Cambridge Road Estate.
If you are a current resident on one of these sites and have any concerns, please read through our FAQ pages, which also include contact details should your concerns not be answered on this page.
