  • Hypnotism

    We will ask for details of the venue and proposed show, so that we can ensure that these are suitable and safe, as well as details of the hypnotist, including recent performances, experience and membership of professional bodies.... We may contact venues and local councils where the hypnotist has previously appeared to confirm the details given.... If we are satisfied that the proposed hypnosis will be conducted safely, we will issue a letter of authorisation for the show, and details of any conditions applied.

  • Follow the CIL process

    Once we have received your Commencement Notice, and if payment is due, we will issue what is known as a demand notice (similar to an Invoice for payment).... However, once we have located this payment, we will generate a payment acknowledgement or receipt and send this to you for your records.... If fully settled, we will also remove the CIL charge from the Local Land Charges Register.

We know Kingston residents are very anxious about the situation but it can feel overwhelming - and that’s where Kingston Hive comes in.... Joining together is going to be essential as we face the climate and ecological emergency.

  • New council homes for Kingston

    Why are we building new homes?... With nearly 4,000 on our waiting list for a council home, it is imperative that we build new sustainable, affordable housing to add to our existing council housing stock.... There are also 1000 families in temporary housing in our borough, and we have ambitious plans to end rough sleeping in Kingston by 2024.
