New Tier 4 restrictions: A message from Kingston's Director of Public Health
Despite the efforts of many, we have not been able to reduce the spread and we must now do even more to protect each other, and reduce pressure on our hospitals and NHS staff.... The Tier 4 rules mean we must all stay home as much as possible.... It’s about adapting our libraries to ensure we can best support the needs of our residents, both now and in the future.... We are also going to be looking at how we can make things simpler, and make our services more efficient to cut costs without cutting services.”

Information on major work programmes
We have committed to spend around £2m on wider improvements to estates and entry phones would fall into that category.... However, we will need to plan the programme of those environmental works as there will be extensive demand from a number of estates and we need to ensure that resources are allocated fairly.... In order to assess the condition of the asphalt covering of balconies we will need to remove any decking.
