    The Royal Borough of Kingston has secured agreement to deliver an additional 104 new council homes in the first phase of the Cambridge Road Estate regeneration.... This increases the number of new council homes available for rent in the initial phase of this ambitious neighbourhood redevelopment to 254.... The Cambridge Road Estate regeneration will now provide a total of 871 new council homes once all 5 phases of the scheme are complete.
