    On Saturday (1 October) the wildlife pond at Claremont Gardens, in Surbiton, was reopened following a restoration project using money collected from new development.... Projects can be put forward using a form on the council's Let’s Talk engagement portal until midnight on 30 November 2022.... Other projects from across the borough that have previously benefited from the funding include bringing the disused pavilions on Kingston Road Recreation Ground back into use and improvements at Latchmere Recreation Ground in Kingston, replacing the boardwalk at Six Acre Meadow in Tolworth, improving the Manor Park children’s playground, in New Malden and a new pathway for the park at Woodview, in Chessington.

The joint venture partnership received outline planning approval for the mixed-use regeneration masterplan for the regeneration of the Cambridge Road Estate, comprising 2,170 homes in total, in a mix of flats, maisonettes and houses of various sizes, with 45% affordable (on a habitable room basis).

Working in partnership with NHS Test and Trace, our local Kingston-based contact tracing service will help us to proactively reach more people who have tested positive for the virus.... It will also help us to provide support to the people who need it the most whilst they and their household are self-isolating.

    This included scything workshops, which used a traditional hay meadow management technique to trim the grasslands.... A traditional fence was installed on site by the Lower Mole Group to enable us to bring cattle to the reserve and a brand new nature hide which allows visitors to quietly admire the lush green space and wildlife.... to work with communities to understand how they use the Farm and what ideas they might have for the site in the future.
