The developed design aims to respect the space as a garden of memory and its cultural significance for commemoration and ceremony, whilst improving connectivity, safety, and inclusivity, to ensure the space is welcoming to all residents and visitors....     The Financial Inclusion Team offers a service to all Kingston Council tenants who may be experiencing difficulties paying their rent and managing their money.... Our service operates an open referral system for council tenants in rent arrears.The team endorses a preventative approach and contacts all new tenants in receipt of Universal Credit.... All referrals are allocated a financial inclusion expert who will undertake a financial assessment, focusing on benefit entitlement and budgeting.

    For CCTV subject access requests, we will usually only provide footage of the person making the request unless all other individuals who may be identified from the same information have consented to the disclosure or it is appropriate in all the circumstances to release the footage without their consent.... All other personal data which may allow the identification of any other person should be concealed or erased and third party data will only be released without third party consent where the council considers it appropriate to do so in the circumstances of the case.
