Each skip shall be guarded by at least 3 traffic cones placed on the carriageway in an oblique line on the approach side of the skip.... This Level 2 Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) has been produced to assess flood risk at 16 sites allocated by the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames.... Kingston’s Level 2 Strategic Flood Risk Assessment provides technical information and guidance on proposed site allocations located in areas which are at risk of flooding, in order to show how they could be developed to meet the National Planning Policy Framework’s flood risk requirements.... The Level 2 Strategic Flood Risk Assessment forms an important part of our new Local Plan evidence base and should be used to inform the design of the development and the preparation of site-specific flood risk assessments (FRAs) by developers.
