    The specially adapted Commemoration Service which was planned has been changed to ensure it follows the lockdown restrictions which come in to place on 5 November....   • 20mph speed limit rolls out in Surbiton

    The speed limit is legally in force from 7 March.... A 1 mph reduction in average speed reduces the accident rate by 5% and a 20 mph speed significantly lowers the risk of fatality.... Surbiton Neighbourhood Committee approved the speed reduction plans on 30 June 2021 with further comments considered on 7 December 2021.
