  • 'Talking' lamp posts at New Malden's Jubilee Square

    We have exciting plans to bring new life to the centre of the town, including investing in the high street and creating new community spaces, and we want to hear as many different voices as possible to help shape this work.... We have also worked with the New Malden Residents Association on enhancing the approach to New Malden train station with a mural by celebrated street artist and mural painter Lionel Stanhope.

    The construction works at Burlington Junior School are ongoing as we look to deliver the highest quality education and support for young people in Kingston.... Following local feedback we kept access through the gate from Burlington Road into the Blagdon Road Open Space as open as possible during the construction work so far.... This will no longer be possible as we need to excavate the road to create the new drainage connection, and the gate will need to be closed.
