    Climate change is the biggest threat that faces us and our planet and I am proud that we are publishing our ambitious Climate Emergency Action Plan today, which sets out how we can reduce our carbon emissions as a council and as a borough.... Risks to water supplies, localised flooding, loss of biodiversity, heat stresses, food insecurity and an impact on the health and wellbeing of our residents could all be felt in Kingston.... I look forward to working with the community and sharing our progress in the coming months and years as we deliver the action plan.”
