Get Involved

We want our tenants and leaseholders to feel valued, listened to, and confident that we’re acting on their views. That’s why we have developed many ways to get involved from:

  • participating in focus groups
  • leading events and activities
  • reviewing and scrutinising draft proposals
  • keeping tenants and leaseholders informed of service changes and initiatives.

If you want to help us improve the housing services, email involvedinhousing@kingston.gov.uk to find out more.

Quarterly forum

We now hold a quarterly user forum with all our hirers. This is to make sure all long-term hirers are involved in the future development and usage of the facility, and how we can work together to deliver more programming and services from the hall based on the needs of the residents.

Anyone interested in hiring the hall is also welcome to attend.

Through our membership, residents can now access TPAS member benefits including free access to their resource hub, including training, learning from others and keeping up to date with best practice.
