You do not need to book and you can visit as many times a year as you want.
Maximum visits a year
We limit how many times residents can visit the recycling centre each year. This helps us make sure that people are not illegally disposing of commercial waste.
If you’re getting close to your limit and need to request more visits, you can apply for an exemption.

Donating items for reuse
Reusing items is better for the environment than recycling them because it doesn’t require the energy or processing that recycling does. But finding your preloved items a new home can be tricky.
At Villiers Road Household Reuse and Recycling Centre, we not only help you recycle, but help you reuse too.
Residents are encouraged to donate items in clean, reusable condition to the reuse drop-off point. These items will then be taken to Community Reuse Shops in neighbouring South London Waste Partnership boroughs and sold at a discounted rate to residents and visitors.
We accept all items in good condition, but don’t forget that you can also donate items to your local charity shop or share them with your neighbours using Freegle.
