Joe Fautley - Find out more and vote
Category: Positive Role Model Award for Disability
Surbiton resident Joe Fautley is passionate about raising awareness and understanding of autism, and using his lived experiences to help inspire and support others. He has been involved in various projects to help enable autistic people to have a voice in decision making, and speaks openly about his personal experiences of autism, mental health and anxiety, at conferences or on his blog.

Kingston Centre for Independent Living - Find out more and vote (KCIL)
Category: Community Organisation Award for Disability
KCIL is a local group whose vision is to meet the needs of people with disabilities throughout the borough and beyond. They support people with disabilities to have their voices heard and improve their physical and mental health and wellbeing.

Kingston Carers Network - Find out more and vote 
Category: Community Organisation Award for Multi-Strand
Kingston Carers Network support people who care for someone living in the borough of Kingston by providing them with advice, advocacy and a variety of services. The network is currently supporting over 3,000 adult carers and over 700 young carers in the borough.

Express CIC - Find out more and vote
Category: Community Organisation Award for Disability
Express CIC is a voluntary organisation which provides support to autistic children, young people and their families. Their services support autistic young people to express, connect and be themselves. This year they are celebrating their 10-year anniversary.
