The panel is for those who live in or own a council property. You can carry out monitoring as often as you wish - when it suits you.
Grade your services - go around your estate and look at the quality of services such as cleaning, lighting, grass cutting and gardening.
Using a standard based on pictures, you grade those services, offer your comments and send it back to us
Tell us which services are working and which need improving and it may also suggest the need for further investment
Estate inspections
- for those who live in or own a council property on the estate being inspected
- inspections take place quarterly and in the daytime - search estate walkabout map.
- accompany your estate manager as they go around the estate, noting any outstanding problems
- means we will hear about issues we may not see at the time of inspection, such as what happens at night time or weekends and helps us to understand the causes of problems
