International Women's Day Walk and Talk on the Cambridge Road Estate
Join officers from Kingston Police and Kingston council’s Community Safety Team to discuss women’s safety on the Cambridge Road Estate.
Join us for a Walk and Talk event with Kingston Police and the Kingston Council Community Safety Team! This is a chance to share your thoughts, concerns, and ideas about women’s safety in your community. Let’s walk together, have meaningful conversations, and work toward making Kingston a safer place for everyone. Below is the plan for the event:
Meet at 12pm outside Queen Mary Hall Cambridge Gardens, Kingston upon Thames KT1 3NJ
12pm - 12:45 - Walk around the estate ending at Kingsmeadow Chelsea FC where refreshments will be provided.
12:45 - 1:15 - Presentation on Violence Against Women and Girls and the support available in Kingston
1:15 - 2pm - Walk around Kingsmeadow where Chelsea FC Women's team train to talk about women in football.
