You have been redirected to this webpage as you have received an email from Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames Electoral Services team (rbk.electoral.services@notifications.service.gov.uk), sent through the Government’s online notification service - www.notifications.service.gov.uk.  

This email was sent to you as you have previously provided your email address to the Electoral Registration Officer. To update, or confirm, your details for this year’s canvass, please follow the instructions contained within the email. We only require one response per household. This email is part of our Annual Canvass process, and replaces the forms that you may have been familiar with receiving in previous years. 

You can visit www.registersecurely.com/rbk to complete your return, by entering the security codes within the email and your postcode. This will avoid us sending a paper form to your property and helps to save the council money. We are using a trusted supplier, Democracy Counts Limited to provide the response website, Register Securely. 

If you have difficulty accessing the site, or completing your return, please try doing so on another browser, and or device. If this does not solve the issue, please email electoral.services@kingston.gov.uk, with your name and full address in order for us to assist you.
