You will learn key Pilates principles, essential exercises, and proper techniques to enhance strength, posture, and mobility while cultivating a mind-body connection.
- What do I need to bring with me to class?

Comfortable loose clothing suitable for gentle movements. Do not wear tight belts or bands around the waist. Footwear suitable for gentle exercise. It is advisable to have a top layer sweatshirt or thin fleece that can be worn during warm ups and removed as needed as the class progresses. It is advisable to bring a bottle with drinking water to the class. A yoga mat if you have one.
