TPAS promote excellence in resident involvement and empowerment through training, advice and accreditation, representing hundreds of Housing Associations, Local Authorities, resident groups and contractors covering over 2.5 million homes.

As TPAS members, our residents and colleagues can access training, learn from others, keep up to date with best practice, and work with like minded social landlords to positively influence national policy and strengthen our residents’ voice.

Through our membership, residents can also access TPAS member benefits including free access to their resource hub. The hub contains useful information such as reports, members’ briefings and case studies. You can also book to attend events and join TPAS forums involving other residents. The resources available will help our tenants and leaseholders keep up to date with their rights and how to ensure services that are delivered locally meet the needs of all residents.

To access these benefits, you can Join TPAS as a tenant, you will need to set up your own username and password.
