Unless you ask us not to, we will add your contact information to our business communications list so you are made aware of other issues and opportunities for your business. We will also be share your contact information with our parallel programme, BIG South London - Business Innovation and Growth - promoting knowledge exchange and collaboration between higher education and business, so we can share information about similar initiatives to support your business.  If you would prefer us to opt out of these, please let us know by selecting this in your application form. 

BIG South London is a programme delivered jointly by Kingston, Sutton, Merton, Richmond and Croydon council, alongside higher education establishments.

Successful applicants will be required to provide the following information:

  • Application form, Bank statement & Management/annual accounts.

  • Where applicable - energy usage data/utility bills, to aid evaluation

  • Successful applicants will be required to sign a funding agreement

  • Name  of  business

  • Business  Trading  Address  including  postcode 

  • Unique  identifier  (preferably  Company  Reference  Number  (CRN)) if applicable.  If  not  applicable,  VAT  Registration  Number,  Self Assessment/Partnership  Number,  National  Insurance  Number,  Unique Taxpayer  Reference, 

  • High  level  ‘SIC  Code’ up identify your sector

  • Nature  of  Business 

  • Date  business  established

  • Number  of  employees 

  • Business  rate  account  number  (if  applicable) 

  • Cumulative  total  of  previous  funding  received  under  all  COVID-19 grants  schemes

State Subsidy 

As part of RAISE programme applicants will need to confirm that they have not received more tha the maximum allowable business subsidy  (state aid) of £1, 935, 000.
