Boiler Upgrade Scheme

Funding Amount: £7,500 off the cost of an air source heat pump, ground source heat pump, including water source heat pumps, and £5,000 off the cost and installation of a biomass boiler.

Who and What Homes are Eligible: Property owners who install a low carbon heating system, such as a heat pump.

Funding Amount: Depends on the works carried out, contact your energy supplier to help understand what you would be eligible for. Grants will partly or fully cover the cost of energy efficiency measures.

Who and What Homes are Eligible: The criteria for ECO is quite complex and depends on household income and if a household is experiencing fuel poverty. Contact your energy suppliers or visit the Government website (below) to help understand what you would be eligible for.

Great British Insulation Scheme

Funding Amount: The level of funding will depend on the measures type, and a number of other factors. In some cases, you may be asked to contribute to the cost of the installation.

Who and What Homes are Eligible: Supports households in low-income and vulnerable households as well as Energy Performance Certificate rating of D-G, and within Council Tax bands A-D in England and A-E in Scotland and Wales. To qualify, your property must require energy-efficiency upgrades, such as cavity wall insulation. The scheme will deliver one insulation measure per home.

Warm Homes Better Health

Funding Amount: Funds a free home assessment for residents to help keep homes warm and provide advice on keeping well and healthy.
- Who and What Homes are Eligible: Kingston residents who have one or more for the following: Aged 65 or over, have a long-term condition such as diabetes, and have a low income, such as being in receipt of Universal Credit.
